Data processing agreement#

domainsearch24.eu is an account-free service: you type a domain name, we answer whether it appears to be registered. In normal use no personal data is processed on your behalf, so no controller–processor relationship under Art. 28 GDPR arises and no DPA needs to be signed.

When this matters#

• Interactive and API searches: the queried names are processed in memory to answer the request and cached without any link to you (see the privacy policy). We act as an independent controller for the minimal operational data (short-lived technical logs, in-memory rate-limit counters).
• Integrating the API into your product: if your integration sends us personal data (it should not: the API accepts only domain names), you remain responsible for not doing so. Domain names submitted by your users are processed transiently as described above and never stored against you or them.

If your compliance process requires a signed DPA#

Write to legal@domainsearch24.eu. We will countersign a standard Art. 28 agreement reflecting the above (scope: transient processing of queried domain names; subprocessors as listed on the subprocessors page).
